The eclectic menu offered a perfect blend of flavors, showcasing the local cuisine in a contemporary light.For a taste of traditional Chilean fare, Caldillo de Congrio was a mere 0.08 km stroll away, providing a cozy setting to enjoy a hearty meal. However, it was at Espacio Ribus, a mere 0.15 km away, where I truly indulged in a gastronomic journey. The innovative dishes and vibrant ambiance made for an unforgettable dining experience, highlighting the region's rich culinary heritage.Despite the tempting array of nearby eateries, Plaza Colon's breakfast spread was a delightful surprise in itself. From freshly baked pastries to locally sourced produce, the morning fare set the perfect tone for a day of exploration ahead.With a central location, friendly staff, and culinary gems at every turn, Plaza Colon offers a delightful retreat for food enthusiasts and travelers alike.
